Here's what you will do most days:

Provide support to the Store Manager, assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the store
Assist with workplace scheduling so the store has sufficient staff cover
Ensure our customers get the best experience possible by providing seamless customer service

You will also:

Coach and develop the team on all areas of customer service to ensure store and individual sales targets are achieved
Talk tech in a non-techie way to help customers pick the right products
And if you think of any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes, sing out! We would love your input.
