About the Role

We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer Experience Team Member - Trade Sales to join the Cirtex Customer Experience Team. While this role is based at our Wiri Warehouse location, and you'll be a part of the larger Wiri Warehouse team, you'll also be an integral part of a wider Customer Experience team that operates across multiple locations within the business.

We're looking for a candidate with contact centre or customer service experience who is confident both on the phone and in person, as the Trade Desk requires face-to-face interactions. No prior industry knowledge is needed as on-the-job training is provided.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Willingness to develop expertise in the Cirtex NetSuite ERP system (prior experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office Suite, with reasonable typing ability
  • Well-organised with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proactive, accountable, and adaptable
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Duties for this role include:

  • Process and fulfil customer orders efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company values and objectives.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist customers with orders, transactions, and inquiries.
  • Manage stock, returns, and inventory oversight.
  • Process sales, invoices, and payments.
  • Organise freight, deliveries, and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Support new team members and onboarding.
  • Maintain product displays to company standards.
  • Contribute to business improvements and key projects.
