Our Commercial Operations Team are a financial ‘supermarket’ offering our Co-op a pick n mix of solutions across commercial finance, store ownership, funding, financial planning & management, data analysis & reporting, accounting & transactional services including payroll, AR & AP & master data solutions.

Te Tūranga – About the role
12 Month Fixed Term Opportunity
As part of our finance operations group, you will deliver effective and efficient solutions to process all inbound transactions and resolve invoicing and credit exceptions, working collaboratively with vendors and our internal teams across FSNI.

This is an opportunity to focus on continuous improvement initiatives and streamline current practices!

· Monitoring process performance measures to ensure quality, manage risk and drive performance and process compliance
· Working directly with vendors and across business units to build collective knowledge, optimise performance and improve efficiency
· Work with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on increasing our first pass rate. This includes but is not limited to GRIR, claims, supplier statements and parked document reviews
· Moving Inventory and Charge Through suppliers from sending their invoices, credit notes and statements in paper format to electronically via the FSNI national exchange

He kōrero mōu - About you
With a strong business acumen, you’ll have a high attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Process driven, you’ll have a good understanding of SAP and will understand the flow of financial documents through the business.

Tech savvy, you’ll be comfortable working in a range of applications and are comfortable navigating various tools.

With an analytical mindset and curious nature, you will constantly be looking for possible improvements or solutions and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You will have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships and will work with influence across your team, key stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
