Job Description
Experienced Asphalt Operator
Tradestaff Christchurch are on the lookout for an experienced asphalt operator to join our team for the upcoming season, with steady work available through out the Winter months!
If you're skilled, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want you!
What We Offer:
- Pay ranging from $26 - $32 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate Machinery: Handle asphalt machinery like rollers and pavers with precision and skill.
- Licenses: You’ll need a Class 1 license (Class 2 is a plus) and relevant endorsements (W, T, R).
- Experience: Bring your hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to the job.
- Physical Fitness: Be ready to tackle the physical demands of the role.
- Team Player: Keep a positive attitude and fit in well with our crew.
- Flexibility: Be prepared for longer hours and occasional travel.
- Safety: Pass a pre-employment drug test.
