Hourly Rate: $40-$50 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified HVAC Foreman to lead our clients HVAC division in Hawke's Bay. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in organising and managing the day-to-day operations of each site with support from the Contracts and Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is looking to contribute to the growth and success of a well-established company.

YOU WILL NEED:

• To be a confident and competent leader with a strong sense of initiative
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and common sense
• Bring a great sense of humour to the team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organise and manage day-to-day operations and staff
• Supervise and guide HVAC personnel on-site
• Train and upskill labourers and apprentices

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full NZ Drivers Licence
• EST Licence - not essential but would be a bonus
• Qualified HVAC Technician with relevant experience
• Knowledge across all HVAC design and build installations
• Proven track record in a leadership role within the HVAC sector
