About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Group Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across three iconic hospitality venues. Based at our Head Office at The White Swan Hotel in Greytown, this part-time role (3 days a week) will see you collaborate closely with our management team to bring our marketing strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for social media, email, and traditional channels (posters, PR, POS).
• Create compelling content and visuals using tools like Canva.
• Manage paid media campaigns, SEO, and CRM strategies.
• Collaborate with venues teams to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

Apply if you have:

• Availability 3 days/week, 9 AM - 3 PM (plus occasional evenings and weekend hours).
• Experience with social media, email marketing (Squarespace), and traditional marketing methods.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SEO.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, especially in content creation and social media.
• Strong communication skills and experience with paid media campaigns.
• Event planning experience
