Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists as well as patient recalls, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to Patient emails and queries
  • Process payments and book appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems


This is a Permanent and Part-time role working 28 hours per week:

  • Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
  • Thursday: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm


The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work late on some Wednesdays and Thursdays until 5:00 pm if required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist.
  • Experience in dictation typing is a must.
  • Flexible and Friendly Can Do Attitude.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt and work in different teams.
  • Demonstrated reliability and timekeeping.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Ability to adapt and learn.
  • We will provide full support and training
  • Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
