Job Title: Skilled Bobcat/Skid Steer Operator

Are you a skilled Bobcat or Skid Steer operator who knows how to make the most of your machine, even when the terrain gets tricky? If you’ve got experience and a passion for getting things done efficiently, we want you to join our team! Our client is an orchard developer looking for a skilled operator to assist them.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating Bobcats and Skid Steers to assist with various tasks including site preparation, material handling, and excavation.
• Drilling posts, leveling land, and moving materials like a pro.
• Traveling to rural locations for different projects, bringing your expertise to where it’s needed.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring it’s running smoothly (because a happy machine makes a happy operator).
• Working in a team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Using an auger bit attachment to drill holes for large posts

What We Need:

• Proven experience operating Bobcats and Skid Steers.
• Ability to handle different terrain and weather conditions.
• A willingness to travel to rural job sites (we promise, the views are worth it!).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Positive attitude and great teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
