About the role:
As a Change Manager, you will take the lead on driving change management strategies across various projects. From system upgrades to people-focused initiatives, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring successful transitions. You will need to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple change initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement change management strategies for a range of projects
- Lead and manage change activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and buy-in across all levels
- Develop success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to delivery teams, helping them manage the people side of change
- Days/ Hours: Hybrid working environment, with flexibility around hours.
About You:
You’re an experienced Change Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You bring a strategic, adaptable approach and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a problem-solver who enjoys working creatively. Ideally, you have:
- 5+ years of experience in change management
- Relevant Change Management qualification (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience in a range of industries, including finance, technology, or healthcare
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines effectively
