As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily client management and leading the strategic planning and execution of media campaigns. This client management may be in collaboration with senior team leads as well as independently, depending on the scale and specific needs of each client.


In this role, you’ll assist your team in leading media strategies across both offline and online channels, managing planning, buying, and administrative functions for a diverse range of agency accounts with a great combination of brand and performance marketing. Additionally, you will cultivate strong client relationships to foster trust as well as have the opportunity to manage and mentor junior team members, helping to shape the next generation of media professionals.



To be successful in this role, you’ll have 3-5 years of Media Agency experience with a strong understanding of media planning fundamentals and strong planning capability. You’ll be able to separate what is important from the noise and driving the direction of the response with other contributors. You love engaging with clients and coming up with clever solutions and have impeccable attention to detail. Most importantly, you have a growth mindset, are curious, passionate, a great team player and enjoy a friendly, inclusive work culture.
