NAI Harcourts is the commercial division of the Harcourts Group in Australasia and the North Shore office is seeking a facilities manager to manage a combination of key commercial properties plus a number of individual properties in their portfolio working with a team of commercial property managers. It is a diverse portfolio of properties owned by private investors in central city, city fringe and metropolitan locations across Auckland.
The role is a broad one covering maintenance, OPEX management, CAPEX works planning and supervision, day-to-day management of all facilities, maintenance, compliance, health and safety and emergency maintenance. There is a need to be able to work both independently and also within a team, cooperating with the property managers to meet the expectations of the owners and within budgets.
Your background will be as a current Facilities Manager or in a role covering these responsibilities in a closely related contractor position. We are looking for someone who has the knowledge combined with excellent communication, financial, software adaptability, technical skills, MS Office skills and all with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
