The Role
The duties of the role consist of:

• General machining using lathes, milling machines, radial drills, punch & shears, and pipe threaders.
• General fitting includes the use of fluid couplings, power transmission devices, and hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Inspecting and documenting mechanical information.
• Working to drawings and specifications.
• General maintenance of tools and machinery.

Days & Hours
This is a Monday to Friday role 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.
Overtime and weekend work is available.

Skills and Attributes

• Qualified fitter & turner.
• Mechanically minded and wanting to grow alongside a growing company.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to follow procedures and routines.

This company has evolved into a successful steel fabrication, machining, and manufacturing company with more than 50 staff and multiple branches.
