Te tūranga | The role:

We're looking for a Property Finance Relationship Manager to join the team in Christchurch. Reporting to a Property Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day requirements of a portfolio of high value customers.

Your main focus will be to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive strong customer engagement and retention through your thorough understanding of customer needs and the development of solutions. Equally important will be maintaining a focus on portfolio profitability whilst upholding strong risk and control standards.

A natural leader and mentor, you will also relish the opportunity to develop direct reports, as you will be responsible for management of an Account Manager.



Ō pūkenga | About you:

Preferably tertiary qualified or with a property background, your proven track record in property portfolio management will be complemented by strong credit and lending skills and experience. Your friendly, professional, can-do attitude will quickly establish positive and long-term relationships with your customers and your wider team.

Previous experience as a People Leader is not essential, this is an established and high-performing environment where you will be supported in your success.
