Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and expand the collection network across key regions.
- Optimise logistics and fleet operations to meet financial and service targets.
- Lead and develop a team of drivers and support staff, ensuring a strong safety culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:
- Background in waste management, transport, or the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for collection services.
- Class 2 license or experience managing fleet operations.
