Job Description
Are you a proactive individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our client is seeking a dynamic Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work Monday to Friday from 10 am until 2:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, until mid-August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of the company, creating a positive first impression
- Assist the Office Manager in daily operations to ensure a seamless office environment
- Take initiative and handle tasks independently, no micromanagement needed
What we're looking for:
- Previous reception experience
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a busy office setting and can handle multiple tasks
