Te tūranga - The role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead our Process and Tooling stream within our Financial Crime programme. You will work closely with business teams to uplift and embed new operational processes and tools.
As a Senior Change Manager, you will be an advocate for organisational change management (OCM). You will also champion Agile, Human Centred Design and ASB mindsets to ensure great people experiences at ASB.
Ōu pūkenga - What you will bring
- 5+ years' dedicated OCM experience in developing change strategies and delivering complex or large-scale end-to-end change programmes, transformations and projects in Waterfall and Agile environments
- Demonstrated ability to embed change in day-to-day operational reality and realise the benefits from the transition
- Certification as a Change Management Practitioner (Prosci, APMG and/or CMI)
- Sound knowledge and application of various OCM methodologies
- Experience in building change capability, day-to-day management and coaching of other change professionals as needed
- Interpersonal savvy and advanced stakeholder engagement skills with stakeholders and wider team members
- An ability to cope with multiple volumes of work and deal with ambiguity
- A 'can do' attitude, and a growth mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
