Business Development Representative

Are you looking learn and develop in the sales space? This role is an opportunity to try your hand at sales, if this is a pathway you are keen to explore, we would LOVE to hear from you!

As a Business Development Representative, you will be focused on winning over new clients but also looking for opportunities to add value to both their business and ours.

This role is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm at our Penrose Branch

You will be able to juggle several tasks at once and have an excellent phone manner, as this role is telephone-based. You will confidently demonstrate a positive and professional image over the phone and online, be a skilled communicator, and use your creativity and innovation to provide solutions to meet customer and business needs.

Being able to deliver is our culture and to fit in you’ll need to demonstrate the following key attributes:

  • Self-motivated and bring energy to the office.
  • Able to quickly grasp new concepts, resourceful and possess divergent thinking.
  • Not afraid of presenting to groups.
  • Natural communicator who can build rapport quickly both internally and externally.
  • Familiar with the Microsoft suite
