In this permanent Education Coordinator role, you will predominantly support our education team with administering their education programmes. We are able to consider applicants based in Auckland or Wellington, and can consider a 4 day or 5 day working week.
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Clinical Education Lead, this key role supports the smooth delivery of education programmes and professional development initiatives across the organisation. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders are well-supported and informed. A strong customer service approach is at the heart of this role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing enrolments, tracking programme progress, coordinating webinars, and maintaining learning resources on internal platforms. You’ll be the go-to person for providing timely and accurate information to staff about learning opportunities, helping them access the tools they need to succeed. Connecting with both internal teams and external partners, you will build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring the Education team delivers on its goals effectively.
With a mix of administrative and coordination tasks, you’ll help keep education programmes running smoothly while also identifying areas for improvement. The ability to engage with a wide range of people in a thoughtful, optimistic, and collaborative way will also ensure you thrive in this role.
He kōrero mōu | About You
We’re seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting others in their professional journey. You’ll have a strong background in administration, a continuous improvement mindset, and enjoy building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You will also be/have:
- National Diploma (Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in administrative support, ideally within a Learning and Development or Education setting.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with experience managing data and tracking progress.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a diverse range of people.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
