About the role:
As a Mountain Biking & Zipline Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that both the Mountain Bike and Zipline departments operate smoothly and safely, offering guests an unforgettable experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, staff supervision, training, and ensure safety protocols are followed to the highest standards. This role involves collaborating with the Activities Management Team to deliver operational excellence, manage staff rosters, and ensure our guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.
We are looking for a passionate and safety-conscious leader who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor adventure environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, a strong understanding of outdoor safety protocols, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The perfect candidate will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in an outdoor activity or adventure tourism environment
- Strong knowledge of mountain biking and ziplining safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- A commitment to health and safety, environmental sustainability, and delivering world-class guest experiences
- Advanced mountain biking skills and experience
- A Pre-Hospital Emergency Care certification and experience in medical response
