Are you a real estate administrator with a Salesperson Licence who is eager to learn and ultimately move into sales, or are you a Licenced Salesperson who has been selling but would prefer the security of a regular income and to have a super-charged boost to your career? To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Proven real estate administration experience and a desire to learn and grow;
  • A current REA Salesperson Licence and some sales experience;
  • Working knowledge of our operating systems and CRM databases (Vault MRI, Nurture Cload, CampaignTrack, Canva, etc);
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines;
  • Fantastic people skills and a great sense of humour.
