Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete pours
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on-site
- Work with a team to ensure project timelines are met
- Collaborate with other trades to support the construction process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Own tools preferred but not required
