About the Role
Part of our 3rd party logistics team, as Customer Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our clientele. You will resolve queries and complaints, and provide information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities include
- Responding to phone call and email queries promptly and professionally
- Providing customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and courteous manner
- Ensure compliance for food safety, MPI, and other Goverment agencies is achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
About you
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communcation abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
