We've got so many projects on the go that we need more hands on deck! We can't get to our residential clients quick enough and we have plans to make 2025 an even bigger year!

We're looking for a Leading Hand Landscaper to join our team!

Based on the Hibiscus Coast and working North Auckland through to Omaha, no two days the same.

You'll need:

• Excellence in Landscaping with multiple years experience.
• Experience in some or all of the following - paving, tiling, coping, constructing decks & pergolas, concreting, brick and block work, commercial jobs etc.
• Motivation and great organisation skills to keep projects on track.
• The ability to keep our Junior team energetically engaged and willing to move effectively.
• Able to read plans and work to specifications and standards.
• Ability to calculate, check and order materials.
• Any machine licences (excavator, bobcat etc) would be seen as advantageous but not necessary.
• Clean, full New Zealand driver's licence.
• Ability to work unsupervised, lead a team, take direction and train apprentices
• Be prepared to muck in with the team often as needed, to ensure our positive culture and success.
• Honesty and trustworthiness.
• Pride in your work, go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates, public and clients.
• Experience using Fergus or another JMS is an advantage.
• A commitment to bringing a great attitude to work each day.
