ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Cloud Support Engineer, you will be working for a service-led organization at the forefront of the digital workspace, delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions to your clients alongside a highly motivated and supportive team.


ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience in a systems/support or infrastructure role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident providing level 2 technical support
  • Experience with traditional Microsoft products (Office365, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services).
  • MSP or Vendor background - this is a fast paced environment!



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working out of the Hamilton office, you will be focused on managing technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for your customers. You will manage Service Desk calls, troubleshoot complex issues, and escalate when necessary. You will also be part of the paid on-call roster for afterhours support and maintenance.
