You won’t just be another operator but you’ll be a key player in a high-performing team tackling everything from local infrastructure to commercial builds and subdivisions. Want a taste of the action? APPLY NOW!

In this hands-on role, you’ll be:

• Operating heavy machinery (5T–20T) with precision
• Moving, digging, shaping, and compacting materials using the right tools and attachments
• Doing pre-start checks and basic maintenance to keep gear in top shape
• Working closely with your crew to keep things safe, efficient and on point — especially around structures, services, or other machines

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members who aren’t afraid to get stuck in. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating diggers or rollers
• Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (Class 2 or higher and WTR endorsements are a plus)
• Expertise in drainage, final trim, and finishing works
• A solid understanding of quality control and assurance
• Experience with GPS tech (if not, we can train you)
• BONUS: Proven leadership experience with the ability to read and interpret site plans
• A proactive, solution-driven approach to supporting the team
• A strong focus on maintaining safety and high standards in everything you do
• Good physical fitness — this role involves a fair bit of hard work

• Guaranteed 30+ hours a week, with most of our crew working up to 50 hours
• Monday to Friday. Want to pick up more? Saturday shifts are there if you're up for it but totally optional.
