Job Description

Our client is looking for experienced Production Line Operators, either with an expertise in production line operations or a strong baking background for precision ingredient mixing. Work for a leading manufacturer of wraps and tortillas.


Hours

  • A four-day working week with structured 12-hour shifts
  • Day shift: 4:45 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Night shift: 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM
  • Monday to Friday - 4 days on and 3 days off


About You

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in food manufacturing (commercial baking experience preferred)
  • Advanced technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Strong numerical literacy and systematic thinking
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to take and follow instructions
  • New Zealand residency or valid work visa
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Commitment to food safety standards
  • Physical capability for production work
