Accommodation Manager - Luau Accommodation Ltd

Auckland / CBD

Full time – Permanent Employment

Wages/Hour from NZ$28.00 to NZ$32.00 depending on the experience or
qualification.

Luau Accommodation has been providing accommodation for international
students for many years. Students coming to Auckland to study and improve the
English language and Luau Accommodation is the first home for most of them.
The company receives students from different parts of the world specially from
South America (Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina).
As the company is growing considerable and we are seeking for a full-time
employee to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position with
guaranteed 30 working hours per week.

About the role

The main job responsibilities include but not limit to:

 Manage and oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance
management.
 Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation including reception,
housekeeping, and maintenance.
 Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and other relevant regulations.
Flexibility to work during the day, night and weekends according to the demand
 Recruitment, rostering, standards and encourage strong communication
amongst the team. This includes scheduling daily.
 Monitors and evaluates the quality of the services making sure the
satisfaction of the clients.
 Manager the financial resources of the accommodation including organising
the expenses budget.
 Manage inventory, ordering, and procurement of supplies
 Maintain records of the booking systems

Qualification/Experience:

 NZ Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or equivalent qualification in
administration, management or related area.
 At least 2 years of relevant experience may substitute
