Job Description
As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical best practices and compliance for Lumino The Dentists. Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will collaborate closely with operational teams, regional managers, and clinical advisors across the South Island of New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an expanding trans-Tasman clinical team while influencing the delivery of world-class patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies aligned with New Zealand health regulations
  • Provide clinical advice to enhance operational activities and support practices
  • Collaborate with management to improve employee value propositions and patient experiences
  • Investigate and resolve clinical complaints, patient concerns, and failed treatments
  • Assist in the development of clinical best practice manuals and resources
  • Partner with the WH&S officer to manage clinical health and safety incidents
  • Provide input to Clinical Advisory Committees and learning and development programs


Location: Wellington or Christchurch, New Zealand

Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery
  • Experience: Proven clinical practice experience, ideally with a background in compliance and governance.


Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
