Our state-of-the-art facility in Pokeno has been running for around 10 years, and we are in a major growth phase.

We are looking for someone who has a natural affinity with all things systems, ideally HRIS systems. A great all-rounder when it comes to administration, co-ordinating and organising. We need someone to ensure the integrity of our data, coordinate training programmes, analyse employee progress and design reporting.

This role will be pivotal in enhancing our HRIS system by building and adding new modules that streamline processes and improve functionality. In this role you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and optimize system modules that support HR and Learning and Development initiatives.

Key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Learning & Development (L&D) Administration
  • System Optimization & Enhancements
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • User Training & Support


Do you have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies and best practice
  • Strong proven administration skills
  • Experience of co-ordinating learning activities
  • Advanced excel skills
  • A collaborative and can-do attitude
