About the Role
This newly created position is pivotal in ensuring that company’s clients receive seamless service delivery across Australia and New Zealand. As the primary point of contact for customers, you’ll combine your technical understanding with a consultative approach to oversee every aspect of solution delivery. From initial planning through to implementation, you’ll manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key interface between the company and its customers, building trust and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and telco solutions, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with end-users, customers, internal teams, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with technical teams—including network engineers, solution architects, and provisioning experts—to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and refine workflows to streamline provisioning, activation, and delivery processes, driving efficiency and ensuring repeatable success.


What You Need?
To excel in this role, you’ll need more than just project management expertise—you’ll need a strong client focus and the ability to nurture relationships while managing complex technical deliveries.

  • Proven experience managing relationships with corporate clients, including senior executives, with a focus on aligning expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • At least 7 years managing complex IT or telco projects involving multiple stakeholders. Agile or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of IT and telecommunications, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and provide clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • A meticulous focus on detail to ensure smooth delivery and successful project outcomes.
