You’ll be a key member of our retail team, embodying the spirit of Dyson through your enthusiasm for technology and dedication to providing top-tier customer service. You’ll bring a genuine interest in innovation and the ability to engage customers effectively, inspiring them with Dyson's revolutionary solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Check in and out of all relevant platforms.
• Ensure all demonstration products are clean and functioning.
• Meet individual sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service, offering product information and styling assistance.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
• Stay informed about current sales and promotions.
• Educate consumers on key product features, showcasing what makes Dyson unique through live product demonstrations.
• Collect meaningful customer feedback on products.

Location: Farmers Tauranga CBD

Hours Required:

• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Additional hours are available during peak holiday seasons, with potential opportunities to work with our other clients.
