Our Retail Operations and Transformation team maintain a strong focus on SAP support, in-store operations, and checkouts across all three retail banners. Monitoring a range of important metrics, the team are also involved in new store openings, ownership changes, and various business initiatives.

Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Retail Operations Analyst you’ll be responsible for the engagement, education, planning, development, and deployment of new solutions to member stores. Using operational insights, you’ll proactively identify solutions that enable positive business outcomes, coaching stores and engaging with the wider team to ensure consistent support plans.

To do this, you’ll:
· Collaborate with other business units to provide clear roadmaps that prioritise business improvements.
· Complete daily/weekly deep dive analysis across various in store metrics that affects SAP data integrity and store operations.
· Work closely with BI and other teams to automate key reports to analyse data more efficiently.
· Provide SAP operational support to both store and internal teams.
· Support and share SAP data metrics that are simple and effective to enable informed decisions.

He kōrero mōu - About you
To nail this role you’ll be systems savvy with advanced MS Excel skills. With a commercial focus and an analytical bent, you’ll have a curious mind and will have a passion for all things data related.

You’ll also have:
· Proven ability to analyse SAP reports and large data sets autonomously daily/weekly.
· Exceptional communications skills and being able to handle and respond to incoming queries from member stores.
· An agile work ethic to meet the ever-changing needs of the store operations
· Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
· Understanding of Power Query and DAX advantageous.
