We're looking for an experienced Retail Cafe Supervisor for our Sylvia Park store. This role will involve working 35-40 hours a week, and includes weekends and flexible shifts
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred; candidates who have successfully run shifts or directed a café in the absence of a manager will also be considered
- Professional Barista experience
- Passion for coffee, espresso, and latte art
- Ability to deliver fast consistent drinks
- Commitment to high customer satisfaction levels
Coffee Skills - we are looking for a candidate who has a great understanding of all things espresso & coffee. You will be able to deliver fast consistent drinks to our customers, have a passion for latte art and be keen and able to share your knowledge with your own team.
Customer Service - our ideal candidate will be friendly & open, who shares our passion to engage with and wow our customers on a daily basis. You will be decisive and empathetic and on a mission to share your passion with your team.
Leadership - we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate leading a team, growing store turnover and driving the performance of our stores.
