About the role
We are seeking a superstar who highly values building strong relationships throughout the customer organization; focusing on senior level and stakeholders to join our team at TIMG’s Ngauranga branch. Being strategic is key to your role as you will help the business understand customers’ decision-making process and how they evaluate their suppliers.
Reporting to and working closely with the Wellington Sales Manager, you'll find market opportunities through different channels, across our full suite of Information management services.
This is a Permanent Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
What you will do:
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in designated accounts through upsell of digital solutions
- Meet expectations for profitability
- Complete and maintain strategic customer account plans
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and decision makers within existing accounts as well as new customer acquisition.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Focus on your strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Identify new accounts, which have opportunity for growth with TIMG.
What we are looking for:
- Proven record of consistent performance and sales results, that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Being able to provide the customer with a ROI for their information management needs.
- Having a good understanding of records management and handling of sensitive information
- Having experience in identifying partners, that will support TIMG suite of services.
- Experienced in communicating and dealing with C-suite executives.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Highly reliable and committed to our information management standards.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
