About the Role:

As our L&D Advisor, you will be critical in supporting the Head of L&D and the team to drive an organisational wide approach to designing and developing learning which grows capability and aligns with our strategy and development needs of staff. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and evaluate and refine learning at the individual and organisational level. This role is integral to the outcome & success delivered by the L&D team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Within your role you will be accountable for managing our LMS system (Docebo). This includes maintaining dashboards, upgrades, notifications, overseeing the help desk and setting up some courses. You will support in the developing our annual Learning Calendar, collaborating with senior leaders. Each month you will analyse our LMS reporting and share your insights with our leaders to refine learning. You will be designing and developing eLearning courses using Articulate and creating internal communications to promote learning. You will be coordinating the logistics for our training.

About You:

  • Previous experience within a similar L&D role – 3 years minimum. Adult learning qualification
  • Creation and management of a LMS system, ideally Docebo
  • High level of competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience developing using Articulate. Video editing skills would be desirable
  • Ability to design learning to meet learning objectives
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence at senior leader level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop an internal communications plan and execute it
  • Experience in PowerBi would be an advantage
  • Ability to confidently deliver training in the classroom and via MS Teams
  • Flexible and innovative approach
