About the Role

As a Reliever Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting our wonderful tamariki and working alongside the permanent teaching teams. Each day brings something new—whether you’re using your initiative to identify opportunities to support the team or taking part in the daily learning activities of the centre. You will be part of a team that fosters growth, achievement, and the overall development of tamariki. No two days will be the same, with the flexibility to work across any of our five Taupo centres, each with its own unique philosophy and culture.

What We’re Looking For

A NZ qualification in ECE or Primary (BEd/Grad Dip) Level 7 minimum.
Current NZ Registration with the NZ Teaching Council (Provisional or Full).
If your qualifications are from overseas, they must be endorsed at Level 7 or higher and recognised for NZ ECE/Primary.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
