Job Description

About the role
Our resident focused team is seeking a Registered Nurse to work Part- time, 13 hours per week, travelling across 3 villages in the Bay of Plenty to support our independent living residents.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Wound dressings
  • Administering medication
  • Promotion of health and wellness to resident's
  • Liaising with healthcare providers
  • Supporting others in the clinical team when needed


About you?
You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents, so you will have empathy for the older person.

  • Current Practicing Certificate (APC) and first aid certificate
  • Strong nursing experience
  • Up to date knowledge of wound care management
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
  • You will also have: a helpful, team player attitude and a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
