Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to provide general business support to our valued manufacturers, by way of business mentoring/coaching, financial, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven business improvement experience to the role.

This is an integral role that requires the highest level of organisation and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, investigating opportunities, and driving improvement to maximise our manufacturers performance.

Who do we need?

We know there are some amazing people out there, and what we are specifically looking for is someone who has the following skills/knowledge and experience:

  • A proven ability to improve the operational and financial performance of business.
  • A background of commercial business experience.
  • An understanding of financial management would be an advantage.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a team.


You will be required to consistently promote a healthy, safe, and positive culture working relationship with our customers, whilst keeping the APL Business Support Manager informed of your progress.
