We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Machine Operator and Production Worker to join a dynamic manufacturing team at Remarkable People. This full-time role will be based in a state-of-the-art production facility in Levin. As a key member of our assembly and process operations, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the assembly and production of our industry-leading products
- Operating various machines and equipment to facilitate the manufacturing process
- Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet our stringent standards
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- F license preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
