Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, excellent time management skills, a forklift qualification and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labouring tasks such as site tidying, material handling, and cleaning
• Utilize forklift equipment to move materials and maintain inventory
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Demonstrate physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require strength and endurance
• Take ownership of responsibilities and exhibit strong work ethic
• Proactively identify and address any potential issues or hazards on the job site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labouring or related field preferred
• Valid forklift certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that require strength and stamina
• Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
