  • Site Engineers - Strong technical and site experience within either Civil or Structures environment.
  • Project Engineers - Proven leadership in project execution
  • Senior Project Engineers – Strong leadership, technical and site experience within either Civil or Structures environment.

These roles will see you focused on:

  • Site management and supervision
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Planning and tendering of project work
  • Safety, quality, and environmental risk management
  • Management of contractual issues and project documentation
  • Establishing control framework and monitor process including project budgets and resource management
  • Stakeholder engagement



As an experienced operational leader in the Civil Construction industry :

  • Have the ability to drive operational site work, ensuring quality outputs and deliverables
  • Proven experience at delivering results in a commercially competitive environment where a focus on service and operational excellence is paramount
  • Proven experience of HSE/QA in a commercial environment
  • Experience in relating to operational staff at all levels of an organisation



It is also desirable to have:

  • BE (Civil), Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or other relevant tertiary qualification relating to Infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage multifaceted supplier/service provider relationships and develop effective working relationships.
  • Sound commercial understanding and acumen.
