Are you an experienced driver with a strong track record of safety and efficiency? Look no further! Tradestaff Hawkes Bay is currently seeking enthusiastic Class 4 drivers to join our team!

This role will require you to operate a hydrovac truck. No experience? No worries! Our client is prepared to get you trained up to operate safely & efficiently. This will be a full time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Performing pre/ post inspections and maintenance checks on the trucks to ensure it is working condition
• Use high-pressure water to cut through soul, while using a high volume vacuum to remove soil from the excavation
• Ensuring the safety of yourself, the public, and goods during transport
• Maintaining effective communication to team members throughout the excavation process

Requirements:

• Valid & clean NZ Class 4 license; hydrovac experience is highly desirable, but not necessary
• Willing to undergo & pass a pre-employment drug test
• WTR and road ranger experience are not essential but highly desirable
• High commitment to Health & Safety
