Kingsgate Hotel, Paihia's next superstar Night Manager will assist the daytime team in ensuring that the Front Desk operates fluidly and proficiently.

Assist guests with late-night enquiries, reservations, and housekeeping needs - uphold our commitment to excellence.

The detail:

Assume overall responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and departmental managers, while ensuring the night audit procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform the role of hotel Duty Manager for liquor licensing purposes.
Provide Outstanding Service Experiences for all external and internal customers to ensure ‘Everyone Recommends Us’ by providing professional and friendly customer service at all times, including upselling and promoting our products and services.
Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally, as well as accurately perform the role of cashier.

Minimum requirements:

1 years' experience as a Night Manager in hotel front office operations is preferred
Experience completing the Night Audit process

Is your schedule adaptable? this is a role offering a minimum of 32 night hours per week. It is important you have the flexibility to work between weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
