What We’re Looking For:
You’ll need at least 3 years of experience on the tools in construction, along with a strong work ethic and the skills to get the job done. Bonus points if you bring some of your own tools to the table!

Your Key Duties Will Include:

Assisting carpenters with framing, cladding, and general construction tasks.
Safely and efficiently operating power tools.
Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
Helping with formwork, concreting, and other site-specific tasks.
Following health and safety guidelines to the letter.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven construction experience, particularly in residential, commercial, or civil projects.
Confidence using power tools (having some of your own tools is desirable).
Reliable transport to get to and from work.
The ability to pass a drug test and provide work-related references.
Be physically fit and able to handle the demands of a busy construction site.
A valid work visa or residency (NZ/AUS).
