The opportunity:
This is an exciting new role to join AIA on a 5-month project where you’ll deliver exceptional service and provide market-leading customer experiences that deepen relationships with our customers and advisers. This role blends customer service excellence with the opportunity to support direct marketing campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to engage and connect with our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of customer requests and ensuring resolution through collaboration with internal teams.
- Supporting and processing requests related to AIA campaigns and policies while identifying opportunities to add value.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of direct marketing campaigns, including promoting AIA’s value propositions and the AIA Vitality programme.
- Building strong relationships with customers, advisers, and internal teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Contributing to the achievement of service delivery targets, including turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and quality benchmarks.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume time-bound environment.
- A genuine passion for outstanding customer service and the ability to see beyond a request to meet customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset with proven examples of taking initiative.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in Direct Customer Marketing leveraging Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud (advantageous, but training provided).
