At Massey Halls, we offer a range of services to enhance the student experience, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Services Administrator (Bookings Portfolio) to join our high-performing team on our Wellington Campus.
About the Role:
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will provide essential financial administrative support from student arrivals to ongoing customer service throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel a true sense of belonging and are well-supported during their university journey.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodation applications management
- Accommodation offers and bookings management
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
- Support students in their transition to university life, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in finance administration, customer service, or front-of-house roles is advantageous, a tertiary qualification is preferred.
- The salary band for this full-time (37.5hrs p/w) position is $48,036.00 to $63,675.00 (NZD) based on skills and experience.
