About the Role

We're looking for casual village staff to join our awesome teams, supporting the general day-to-day running of the villages in our modern Village and Care Homes. These roles are ideal if you want some work over the holiday period, want some extra money without the permanent hours, or want to try a different role while earning and learning! This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport.

We have casual village opportunities including:

  • Cleaner
  • Night Porter
  • Reception
  • Maintenance / Garden Support

Your duties and responsibilities will differ depending on which role you move into (you can be involved in more than one). However, some things will be similar across the board:

  • Providing a safe environment for the residents
  • People-facing with great communication skills
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained
  • Ensuring all health guidelines are followed
  • Treating residents with dignity and respect


About You

We are looking for team members with the right attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team to maintain our village to a high standard. Some things that will support your application include:

  • A good level of fitness to support a busy environment
  • Previous experience is highly beneficial in whichever role you are interested in
  • Relevant certifications, as appropriate (e.g., Hygiene & Food Handling, First Aid)
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • A bright, breezy "can-do" attitude and a team focus
