About the Role

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Technical Delivery Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the delivery of infrastructure supporting industry-leading applications. This role involves overseeing a small team of specialists, ensuring smooth operations, and driving programme milestones while collaborating with local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of infrastructure supporting business-critical applications.
  • Lead a team of specialists providing support for primarily on-premise applications and infrastructure.
  • Plan and support programme implementation from an infrastructure and environments perspective.
  • Track programme milestones and manage issue resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead incident investigation and resolution across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Maintain status reports and align infrastructure initiatives with the overall programme plan.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering, operating, and supporting complex IT applications and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows systems (VMware and OpenShift experience is an advantage).
  • Understanding of networking infrastructure, including F5 load balancers and firewalls.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical replicated OLTP databases (Oracle & MS SQL Server preferred).
  • Previous experience working within an ITIL framework.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT infrastructure or a related field.
