Job Description
We're looking for a sales legend to join our Queenstown Visitor Centre team! With a passion for achieving top-notch revenue results, you'll be the go-to expert for showcasing and selling our incredible RealNZ experiences. If you love inspiring and informing guests while delivering exceptional service, this is the role for you!
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and identifying sales opportunities for our experiences and accommodation, tailoring each interaction to meet individual needs and achieve great results. You'll handle reservations, confirm bookings, and inspire guests with your passion for our 'must-see' experiences. Providing exceptional guest service, you'll answer general enquiries, showcase your expert knowledge to sell RealNZ experiences, and manage key tasks like coordinating passenger manifests, ticketing, and itineraries.
This is a fixed term opportunity to cover our busy summer season.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Sales experience
- Confident and engaging communicator with a positive and exuberant can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Queenstown and Fiordland regions
- Experience in reservations systems
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
