Their Property Management division, NZ Property Managers, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their growing team.

The role will include

• Leasing Management
• Property Maintenance
• Inspections
• Regulatory Compliance
• Client Communication
• Participate in team meetings

In order to be considered for the role, you ideally will have

• 1-2 years Property Management experience
• Experience with Palace, PropertyMe, TPS and Google Drive
• Strong computer skills/tech savvy
• Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
• Strong Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence and be well presented with a friendly personality

You will be supported in the role by Management and tech-guru Virtual Assistants with minimal on-site visits required. The role is ideally to be work-from-home with 1-2 days required in the North Shore office. Preference is giving to those living in Auckland but applicants from other North Island locations are encouraged to apply.

Please Note that this role is part time (30 hours per week) with potential for more hours as the role and your experience grow.
